Key Responsibilities

•Drive strategic partnership plans with priority news media accounts to maximize content supply and close posting volume gaps with other platforms.
•Lead API and RSS integration projects to create automated, continuous content supply and support adoption of publisher traffic and efficiency tools.
•Execute monetization pilots including Pulse Premiere (ad revenue sharing) and Gifting features (LIVE/Comment) to demonstrate impact on engagement and incentives.
•Develop and propose new monetization and business models (e.g., TikTok Minis, subscription) based on partner needs and platform constraints.
•Collaborate with global product and internal teams to deliver complex initiatives such as API integrations and new product rollouts while redefining TikTok’s platform value.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
•3+ years in B2B partner management, business development, or solution sales within media, tech platforms, or IT consulting.
•Full professional proficiency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English to negotiate and present to senior media executives.
•Ability to persuasively present non-monetary value propositions (e.g., traffic, efficiency) to reach consensus with partners.
•Track record of cross-functional collaboration across multiple stakeholders to deliver and implement new solutions or features.
