Lead all sales, service, and operational activities for the branch while coaching the team to achieve budgeted production goals. Manage relationships with high-value consumer and business customers, deepen partnerships, and drive business through consistent calling and referrals. Oversee recruitment and staffing, maintain compliance with operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies, and use banking tools and technology to identify sales and service opportunities. Support community engagement and internal partnership development.
