Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee creation, organization, and maintenance of project documentation to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with internal audit/QA procedures.
  • •Coordinate project cost control activities, including aligning billing with client expectations, preparing monthly invoices, managing AR-related queries, and supporting financial reporting.
  • •Create, update, and maintain resource- and cost-loaded project schedules in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project, identify critical paths, monitor deviations, and forecast recovery.
  • •Support bids and proposals by preparing preliminary schedules/timelines and using EVM/financial systems to analyze project performance and KPIs.
  • •Draft and manage supplier/subcontractor contract documentation, handle work orders and vendor invoice updates in Oracle Horizon, and coordinate procurement requests and related audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum combined 4 years (up to 8) of experience in project scheduling, cost control, documentation, and procurement for project management work.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Project (MSP) or Primavera P6 for creating and maintaining resource- and cost-loaded schedules, including baseline/milestone updates.
  • •Experience with Oracle ERP (Oracle Horizon/NetSuite) for project creation/maintenance, billing setup, and document/work order workflows.
  • •Strong understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) and financial systems for tracking planned value/actual cost and reporting KPIs and accruals.
  • •CAPM-PMI or PMP certifications are an added advantage; advanced Excel and strong written/verbal communication are required.
