Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all areas of project management for commercial real estate projects, covering planning through closeout.
  • •Interface with clients to define project scope, delivery resources, cost estimates and budgets, schedules, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Conduct standard request for proposals (RFPs), complete bid evaluations, and recommend project delivery resources.
  • •Implement project documentation governance aligned to company and client requirements and ensure project data integrity.
  • •Build action plans, track project progress and variances, and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •5–8 years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s Degree preferred; degree substitution allowed).
  • •Retail commercial real estate construction project management experience.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Smartsheet experience is beneficial.
  • •General knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices, with ability to read architectural drawings.
