Job Summary

Own and maintain the FP&A platform built in Pigment, serving as the internal expert for model architecture, governance, version control, and day-to-day operations. Build Pigment models for budgeting, rolling forecasts, monthly close commentary, and commercial analysis, while automating workflows currently handled in Excel/PowerPoint. Create self-service scenario tools for Commercial Finance, partner with Data and Engineering on clean data flows, and communicate model outputs clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the Pigment FP&A platform as the named internal expert, including model architecture, governance, version control, and day-to-day maintenance.
•Build and maintain Pigment models for the planning and reporting cycle (annual budget, rolling forecast, monthly close commentary, MBR/QBR packs, and ad-hoc commercial analysis).
•Automate reporting workflows currently built in Excel or PowerPoint to improve efficiency and enable higher-value analysis.
•Design self-service tools for Commercial Finance partners to run scenario analysis and variant requests independently.
•Partner with Data and Engineering to ensure reliable data flows into Pigment, and document/improve governance standards (change control, testing, data validation, audit trails).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 55,000 - 65,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Hands-on experience with Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, or a comparable EPM/planning platform, with a track record of building models.
•Strong technical systems skills, including data structures, formula logic, dimension hierarchies, and model architecture.
•Ability to translate business requirements into platform solutions by asking the right questions and delivering what users need.
•Clear, confident communication skills to explain complex platform concepts to non-technical stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
•Ideally some FP&A or commercial finance experience, plus familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting cycles.
