HR Generalist

Support InEventers with employee relations, engagement, and end-to-end recruiting across a broad portfolio of business roles. You’ll forecast and plan recruitment priorities, run recruitment projects with managers, evaluate candidates, and maintain accurate HR records using HRIS. Partner with Talent Acquisition and Marketing to strengthen employer branding through social media and candidate-facing campaigns, and contribute to people operations such as onboarding, performance management, benefits, and offboarding.
