Job Summary

Lead KFC Global’s enterprise strategy and growth agenda by partnering with the CFO and leadership team to shape and operationalize a multi-year roadmap. Translate strategic ambition into priorities, capability needs, and investment plans using rigorous business cases and performance diagnostics. Drive execution discipline through KPIs, QBRs, and escalation mechanisms, while developing the Global Strategy team and providing executive-level strategic narratives for senior forums and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with the CFO and KFC Global Leadership Team to develop, refresh, and operationalize KFC Global strategy and the multi-year roadmap.
•Translate strategic ambition into priorities, capability requirements, and investment needs via business cases across markets.
•Lead strategic planning processes, including MGPs and AOPs, across regions/BMUs.
•Drive strategy execution by defining objectives, milestones, owners, resourcing needs, KPIs, risks, and decision points, and running the execution rhythm (QBRs, SteerCo).
•Lead the Global Strategy team and build cross-functional relationships to cascade strategy and influence without relying solely on formal authority.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 174,240 - 183,920 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree.
•Significant experience in strategy, corporate development, management consulting, financial services, commercial planning, or related roles with a proven track record of shaping and executing growth strategies.
•Strong commercial and analytical capability, including financial modeling, business case development, market analysis, and performance diagnostics.
•Excellent executive communication skills, including simplifying complexity, crafting strategic narratives, and influencing senior stakeholders in written and verbal communication.
•Track record driving execution across cross-functional teams, setting milestones, managing dependencies, escalating risks, and delivering outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
