Key Responsibilities

•Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex engineering initiatives across poultry processing plants to enhance performance, efficiency and safety.
•Serve as Project Lead on projects, developing timelines, coordinating support, and tracking progress to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
•Act as primary liaison between Contractors and plant personnel, assisting with layouts, verification of utilities, and weekend supervision as needed.
•Plan and attend safety meetings surrounding projects, enforcing safety practices as needed.
•Maintain and improve as-built drawings, drawing retention, and version control for facilities, equipment, utilities and property.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Structural or Mechanical Engineering
•3-5 years of previous engineering experience in industrial/plant projects (preferably poultry processing)
•Strong project management and budgeting skills
•Experience coordinating with Engineering, Plant Operations, Maintenance and Contractors
•Knowledge of as-built drawings, drawing retention and version control
