•Translate customers’ objectives into value assessments or proof-of-value projects and build Celonis demos and business cases.
•Own the end-to-end value journey for customers—landing, expanding, adopting and renewing—while engaging with multiple senior stakeholders.
•Facilitate value workshops and identify opportunities for process improvement within customer organizations.
•Present results and realized value to senior management and C-level executives, communicating strategic roadmaps.
•Build an expansion roadmap for customers and provide feedback to product teams to enhance the Celonis platform.
