Job Summary

Deliver high-touch onboarding, implementation, maintenance, and advanced service support for Business Banking and Commercial clients with complex treasury needs. Lead end-to-end multi-entity and centralized treasury implementations, validate entitlements and workflows, and coordinate testing/cutover across services like ACH, wires, RDC, Positive Pay, and reporting. Serve as a subject-matter expert and escalation point, troubleshoot payment exceptions, ensure compliance/audit readiness, and mentor junior specialists.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage end-to-end onboarding, implementation, and product maintenance for business banking and commercial clients, including planning, testing, and go-live readiness.
•Coordinate multi-entity implementations and validate entitlements, user roles, dual controls, ACH/wire limits, and approval workflows.
•Provide advanced treasury management product and service support and act as escalation point for complex onboarding and servicing issues.
•Troubleshoot payment exceptions, file errors, entitlement issues, and Positive Pay decisioning to identify root causes and implement durable solutions.
•Ensure compliance with bank policies and applicable regulations, maintain audit-ready documentation, and mentor less experienced specialists.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
•3+ years of experience in treasury management, banking operations, or a related client implementation/service role.
•3+ years of experience with core treasury products and services, including payments, receivables, electronic banking, and depository solutions.
•3+ years of experience leading implementations, resolving escalations, and working directly with clients and senior internal partners.
•3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and managing multiple complex onboarding projects.
