Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end onboarding, implementation, and product maintenance for business banking and commercial clients, including planning, testing, and go-live readiness.
  • •Coordinate multi-entity implementations and validate entitlements, user roles, dual controls, ACH/wire limits, and approval workflows.
  • •Provide advanced treasury management product and service support and act as escalation point for complex onboarding and servicing issues.
  • •Troubleshoot payment exceptions, file errors, entitlement issues, and Positive Pay decisioning to identify root causes and implement durable solutions.
  • •Ensure compliance with bank policies and applicable regulations, maintain audit-ready documentation, and mentor less experienced specialists.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • •3+ years of experience in treasury management, banking operations, or a related client implementation/service role.
  • •3+ years of experience with core treasury products and services, including payments, receivables, electronic banking, and depository solutions.
  • •3+ years of experience leading implementations, resolving escalations, and working directly with clients and senior internal partners.
  • •3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and managing multiple complex onboarding projects.
