Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience (agency and/or in-house) supporting Sales or Tech and Product hiring in a high-velocity environment.
  • •Ability to work from the local office at least 3 days per week.
  • •Demonstrated expertise sourcing passive candidates using advanced direct-sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, competitive intelligence).
