Initially focus on Oracle and Microsoft platforms, expanding to additional enterprise technologies.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the Business Applications and Platforms Practice.
•Build capabilities across Oracle and Microsoft platforms and support phased expansion to additional technologies.
•Partner with sectors to support revenue growth via solutioning, architecture design, proposals, and client presentations.
•Oversee delivery of signed contracts, ensuring quality, timeliness, client satisfaction, and delivery KPIs.
•Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team, leveraging global delivery centres and aligning teams to practice goals.
