Key Responsibilities

  • •Own critical feature implementation across web applications, APIs, integrations, cloud-native services, and AI-powered capabilities.
  • •Participate in system and solution design discussions, providing implementation insights, technical trade-offs, and supporting pseudo-code as needed.
  • •Drive code quality through code reviews, engineering standards, automated testing, and secure development practices.
  • •Build and integrate AI-enabled capabilities (e.g., copilots, assistants, summarization, search, recommendations) using LLM APIs, including RAG and related guardrails.
  • •Support DevOps practices by improving build pipelines, CI/CD workflows, release readiness, engineering observability, and monitoring/troubleshooting performance across application and AI features.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of hands-on experience building enterprise-grade full-stack applications with end-to-end ownership of complex workstreams.
  • •Strong front-end expertise in React (or Angular/Vue) with solid JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • •Strong back-end expertise in Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask) and understanding of system design, distributed architectures, APIs, scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • •Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB) including schema design and query performance tuning.
  • •Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) plus containerization and modern engineering environments (Docker, Kubernetes), along with CI/CD and secure SDLC practices.
