  • •Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Graphic Design, Web Design, Service Design, Human-Centered Design, HCI) with 2 years of related experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of post-bachelor’s progressive related experience.
  • •2 years of experience performing product refinement via usability research and consolidating results into actionable insights.
  • •2 years of experience defining product requirements and optimizing UX by collecting user pain points, reviewing competitor analysis, and analyzing user needs.
  • •2 years of experience using Figma across product design stages, including user flows, high-fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes.
  • •2 years of experience facilitating design guidelines to improve product consistency and increase product brand awareness.
