Job Summary

Help shape the technical direction of Neighborhoods mobile experiences spanning Cash App and Square Point of Sale. Lead cross-organizational mobile initiatives, drive architecture for loyalty, marketing, and ordering integrations, and connect customer discovery with seller fulfillment workflows. Stay hands-on with iOS development in SwiftUI and related technologies, mentor engineers, and use AI-assisted workflows (and tooling) to accelerate delivery while preserving reliability, maintainability, and customer trust.

•Guide Neighborhoods mobile technical direction across Cash App and Square Point of Sale.
•Lead strategic, cross-organizational mobile workstreams to connect the Square and Cash App ecosystems for local commerce.
•Drive cross-organizational architecture and execution for Neighborhoods loyalty, marketing, and ordering features.
•Stay hands-on in iOS development, making architectural tradeoffs to keep experiences reliable, scalable, and polished.
•Use AI as part of feature development to prototype, generate tests, improve observability, tighten documentation, and accelerate iteration.
