•Collaborate with regional and business line teams on priority pursuits, including RFQs/RFPs and shortlist interviews.
•Manage team performance to deliver compliant, quality proposal outputs across the Federal portfolio.
•Lead large, complex must-win pursuits from capture through the interview stage, coordinating multiple disciplines/geographies as required.
•Develop and manage proposal production elements (schedules, templates, content plans, annotated outlines, drafts, compliance matrices) and lead writing/editing of tailored non-technical proposal sections.
•Monitor must-win progress, support Go/No-Go decisions and greenlight analyses, facilitate reviews (color and compliance), and incorporate lessons learned into strategy and revisions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing (or related) plus 8+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•3+ years of people-management experience, including recruiting, developing, mentoring, and retaining talent.
•Working knowledge of the Architecture/Engineering (A/E) industry with emphasis on U.S. Federal clients, projects, teams, credentials, and competitors.
•Ability to estimate level of effort, assign and balance workloads, lead diverse teams, and collaborate with Business Lines and client account managers.
•Excellent writing and editing capabilities, including strong command of grammar, tone, and style.
