Key Responsibilities

•Own the customer growth product roadmap, from onboarding flows to advanced analytics features.
•Design and optimize customer journeys to drive activation and deeper product adoption.
•Debug and resolve complex AI outputs, data integration issues, and system connectivity problems.
•Architect solutions for ERPs, banks, CRMs, HRIS systems, and custom database integrations.
•Develop analytics and predictive models, and create reporting dashboards for customer health and revenue metrics.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

•2-6 years in consulting, strategic finance, FP&A, finance operations, or data/systems roles supporting finance teams.
•Expert-level understanding of financial statements, accounting, and finance operations.
•Extensive experience with enterprise finance systems such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Oracle, SAP, and Salesforce.
•Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries, optimizing performance, and debugging integration issues.
•Experience with Python (and/or R) for data analysis and automation, plus familiarity with BI tools and data modeling.
