Senior Retail Operations Manager to execute and drive a national retail sales plan for Dyson in Mexico, leading over 200 field staff through national field sales managers. Develop territory objectives, KPIs, and education programs for retailer partnerships, lead demonstrations, manage retailer relationships, and expand Dyson’s presence across Mexico with a strong focus on Beauty and premium retail channels.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead over 200 people in the field through the national field sales managers.
•Set goals and KPIs with National Field Sales Managers, in alignment with Sales team and brand objectives.
•Develop category-specific territory plan and resourcing to align with retailer door coverage and frequency.
•Lead Demonstration Program to mobilize and manage Dyson Experts and Stylists for retailer demonstrations.
•Develop and manage relationships with retailers; communicate sales plans, promotions, and activations to ensure proper execution.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
•7+ years’ experience in premium brand national account sales and account management with national retailers
•Diverse experience supporting sales, operations, trade marketing, category management, and financial analysis
•Fluent in English and Spanish
•Ability to travel up to 50%
