  • •Develop and implement quality objectives and plans aligned to corporate and PG goals.
  • •Direct and perform operations-related activities to ensure regulatory compliance across product lines and applicable codes/standards.
  • •Coordinate calibration for Richmond Operations and support liaison work with ASME and third-party inspection and audits.
  • •Plan and conduct inspections, measurements, and/or tests to ensure product/component quality; support welding processes and inspection methods.
  • •Coordinate and drive quality improvement activities addressing quality problems; coordinate training related to regulatory/customer quality requirements and support customer surveys/audits and PPAP requests.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline.
  • •3+ years of experience with heat exchangers and fluid handling products.
  • •Working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft tools.
  • •Project management, process analysis, and process improvement experience (Lean manufacturing/ALPS is preferred).
