Key Responsibilities

  • •Smoothly set up all aspects of the account, including application form capture over the phone and requesting correct documentation.
  • •Provide premium, dedicated customer service to new commercial clients through implementation and enrolment.
  • •Process underwriting requests and manage company account setup, card member application process, and in-scope billing support and payment methods.
  • •Coordinate with Business Development Managers to achieve successful implementation and handover to the Account Management Team.
  • •Serve as primary contact for Global Commercial Services, leading onboarding to advise on legal/regulatory requirements and ensuring documentation is compliant to launch.
