Key Responsibilities

  • •Co-own the Omni Operations line strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities, ensuring alignment across business objectives, operational needs, and technology delivery.
  • •Represent the voice of the business within the product line and drive holistic prioritization across initiatives.
  • •Govern the evolution of global fulfilment and delivery capabilities, processes, and ways of working to support the operating model and growth ambitions.
  • •Act as the senior business representative for fulfilment and delivery capabilities, fostering stakeholder alignment and ensuring governance, delivery, and value realization.
  • •Lead and develop a high-performing team of product managers, subject matter experts, and change managers to deliver long-term outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, manufacturing, or related fields.
  • •3+ years of senior leadership experience with people management responsibility.
  • •Strong expertise in distribution centres, warehousing, and B2B/B2C order fulfilment operations.
  • •Experience driving large-scale business transformation, process optimisation, and capability development.
  • •Experience operating in global, matrixed organisations across multiple markets and locations.
