Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate project documentation, correspondence, meeting records, action lists, and deliverable tracking for mechanical and electrical engineering teams.
  • •Support project managers with schedules, budgets, invoicing, change tracking, forecasts, and internal reporting.
  • •Produce well-organized proposals, reports, presentations, specifications, and client-ready materials using WSP templates and quality processes.
  • •Collaborate with engineers, designers, project controls, finance, and multidisciplinary partners to maintain clear information flow across projects.
  • •Manage document control activities, including file structures, submissions, transmittals, review workflows, and records in project collaboration platforms.

Key Requirements

  • •Education in business administration, project coordination, engineering technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience supporting technical projects.
  • •Experience coordinating documents, schedules, meetings, invoices, proposals, or project records in engineering, architecture, construction, or a professional services environment.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams) to prepare accurate documents and track project information.
  • •Familiarity with document management and collaboration platforms such as SharePoint, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and/or Newforma.
  • •Ability to organize competing deadlines, maintain accurate records, handle confidential information, and identify missing inputs that could affect delivery.
