Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a strategic, trusted advisor for PACE industry clients using Marketing Cloud, Agentforce Contact Center, and/or Data360 to drive business value.
  • •Lead discovery and requirements work, then craft comprehensive solution designs and ensure execution aligns to the customer vision.
  • •Define system architecture, identify gaps to desired end-states, and recommend future-state improved processes and system designs.
  • •Review and correct project or program direction and key artifacts to keep solutions extendable and maintainable.
  • •Manage risks, negotiate complex solutions with customers and third-party partners, and drive delivery outcomes (including teaching complex concepts).

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of relevant experience for Solution Architect (10+ years for Sr. Solution Architect) delivering enterprise projects across the full life cycle using both waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • •1+ years (3+ years for Sr. Solution Architect) of experience in PACE industries.
  • •Extensive experience configuring and customizing Marketing Cloud and/or Data360 with PACE industry experience.
  • •Expertise defining system architecture landscapes, identifying gaps between current and desired end-states, and delivering solutions aligned to business outcomes.
  • •Experience leading discovery sessions, defining business requirements, writing user stories, and providing detailed system and functional designs.
