Job Summary

Own and grow the Insider One partner ecosystem across Australia by building executive-level relationships with agencies, consultancies, technology partners, cloud providers, and ecosystem stakeholders. Recruit, onboard, and enable new partners while strengthening existing ones. Create go-to-market plans to generate pipeline and revenue, develop partner success plans for product adoption, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partner Success teams to expand market penetration.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and grow Insider One’s partner ecosystem across Australia by building strategic relationships with agencies, consultancies, technology partners, and cloud providers.
•Identify, recruit, onboard, and enable new partners while strengthening existing relationships to drive long-term mutual growth.
•Create and execute go-to-market plans with partners to generate pipeline, revenue opportunities, and joint business development initiatives.
•Develop partner success plans to drive agency-wide adoption of Insider One and expansion within partners’ end-client portfolios.
•Maintain a healthy partner pipeline, track performance metrics, provide forecasting and regular updates to leadership, and share market feedback with Product and Engineering.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
•Minimum 5 years of experience in Partnerships, Channel Sales, Business Development, Alliance Management, or a similar customer-facing role.
•Experience working with digital agencies, consulting firms, technology partners, cloud providers, or SaaS ecosystems.
•Strong understanding of SaaS business models and recurring revenue environments.
•Proven ability to build, manage, and expand executive-level relationships with partners and customers.
