Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day operations within the Inspection Center.
  • •Provide mentoring, accountability, and performance management to direct reports and support succession planning.
  • •Ensure adherence to operating standards, systems, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
  • •Recruit, select, orient, and train employees, including progression path training and certification execution.
  • •Ensure compliance with health and safety and loss prevention guidelines while meeting quality, production, and cost objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •5 years of management experience in automotive or a lean manufacturing environment.
