Job Summary

Design and deliver sales capability programs for Honeywell Building Automation, improving consultative and value-based selling, onboarding, and seller readiness. Create and maintain sales curricula, playbooks, toolkits, job aids, and certification programs covering Building Automation (including BMS, Fire, Security, and Energy Management). Facilitate and coach sales teams, partner with internal stakeholders, and measure training effectiveness using business and learning KPIs to drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and deliver sales training programs focused on consultative, value-based selling, account management, negotiation, and opportunity management.
•Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning experiences, supporting onboarding and ramp-up for new sales hires.
•Develop and maintain learning curricula, sales playbooks, toolkits, job aids, and certification programs, including content across Building Automation (BMS, Fire, Security, Access Control, Energy Management, and Digital Building technologies).
•Conduct field observations, role plays, and skills assessments to reinforce learning and drive behavior change; coach sellers on opportunity qualification, discovery, value articulation, and account planning.
•Evaluate training effectiveness through learner feedback, knowledge assessments, and business performance metrics; use data to refine programs and recommend capability-building priorities.

Key Requirements

•Significant experience in sales training, sales enablement, commercial excellence, or sales leadership roles.
•Strong understanding of consultative selling, account management, and customer-centric sales methodologies.
•Experience designing and delivering instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs.
•Exceptional facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
•Proven ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across a matrixed organization.
