Key Responsibilities

  • •Support compliance document distribution operations by tracking requests, coordinating delivery, and improving service quality

  • •Maintain service documentation and operational reporting
  • •Engage with AI-assisted compliance automation tooling and contribute to how it evolves

Key Requirements

  • •Enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a similar field
  • •Fluent in English; German is welcome but not required
  • •Comfortable with Microsoft 365 (Excel, SharePoint, Teams) and familiar with ticketing or service management tools (a plus)
  • •Able to work independently to drive tasks to completion while collaborating in a team
  • •Scripting or programming experience is a plus, along with any prior work experience
