HVAC Counter Sales Associate

Serve as a trusted advisor to plumbing and HVAC contractor customers, using product expertise to recommend solutions and make informed purchasing decisions. Drive sales growth through upselling, cross-selling, and promotion of strategic products and programs. Support counter, phone, and email inquiries, use catalogs and manufacturer databases to find parts, process accurate transactions, and manage special orders and follow-ups to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with Outside Sales Associates and maintain an organized, customer-focused counter environment.
