Job Summary

Own commercial underwriting governance and portfolio intelligence across the CUW Center of Excellence, enabling distribution teams through coaching, training, and adoption of underwriting rules. Serve as the subject matter expert for Commercial Systems, support GCC relationship management and KYC processes, and run monthly reporting routines. Partner with Group and regional stakeholders to steer portfolio trends, manage policy color initiatives, and lead product management activities from go-to-market through implementation and change communication.

•Enable and elevate underwriting capabilities by driving governance, portfolio intelligence, product management, and process excellence for distribution teams.
•Support and coach distribution teams and front-line underwriters in structuring and pricing complex policies without owning transactions.
•Develop and deliver underwriting training programs, technical guides, and reference materials to raise expertise across the business.
•Leverage data-driven insights for portfolio steering, including managing CUW dashboards and trend analyses with underwriting teams.
•Lead product-management activities from a CUW perspective, including go-to-market strategy, Commercial Systems implementation, pricing alignment, stakeholder training, and communications.
