Key Responsibilities

•Architect and integrate complex robotic hardware systems, including precision actuators, sensors, and electromechanical subsystems, ensuring micron-level reliability for prosthetic manufacturing
•Apply deep knowledge of additive (3D printing) and subtractive (milling, grinding, polishing) processes to design high-precision manufacturing platforms
•Lead rapid prototyping of components and conduct structural/thermal analyses with FMEA
•Implement motor control logic, sensor fusion, and real-time feedback loops; define communication protocols (EtherCAT, CANopen) for robust operation
•Serve as the primary technical interface between mechanical, electrical, firmware, and software teams for seamless system integration and optimized dynamics
