Key Responsibilities

  • •Build slides, keynotes, and briefing materials for AI Factory leadership and stakeholders.
  • •Support day-to-day organizational work, including scheduling, meeting preparation, and tracking action items and follow-ups.
  • •Coordinate information and communication with stream leads and stakeholders across Allianz entities.
  • •Gain exposure to agentic tools and “vibe coding” practices used by the team.
  • •Plan, organize, and run team events, shaping format and scope over time.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program (final stage) or in a Master's program (including MBA, Business Informatics, STEM, or related) with an above-average academic record.
  • •Hands-on experience via internships, case competitions, or independent projects, ideally in consulting, product management, or structured problem-solving.
  • •Strong content preparation and visualization skills, comfortable creating clear, well-structured slides and keynotes.
  • •Willingness to take ownership, work through ambiguity, and follow tasks through to completion.
  • •Business-fluent English; German fluency is a plus.
