•Build and maintain strong relationships with key hotel partners and industry stakeholders.
•Oversee the end-to-end Sales process, maximizing the revenue growth of our partners.

Key Requirements

•Experience in sales, business development, or account management with 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably directly managing 5+ members.
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Japanese (business to native level) and English (business level).
•Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
•Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
•Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
