Job Summary

Own quality performance across markets by bridging high-level safety policy with on-the-ground execution. Lead Root Cause Analysis for major quality defects, drive systemic risk identification, and align Policy, Engineering, and Operations on durable fixes. Manage and develop a team of Quality & Training Specialists through calibration and shadow audits. Improve quality frameworks using AI/automation and dynamic sampling, while partnering with stakeholders to translate market insights into training and policy updates.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive quality performance across all markets by identifying systemic risks and emerging blind spots and partnering with Policy teams to resolve complex edge cases.
•Lead cross-functional Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major quality defects and translate quality trends into executive summaries for stakeholders.
•Lead, mentor, and develop Quality & Training Specialists using shadow audits and calibration sessions to ensure inter-rater reliability and continuous competency growth.
•Re-engineer quality frameworks and workflows, leveraging AI/automation to shift from fixed audits to dynamic sampling models.
•Establish training governance by identifying capability gaps from audit findings/RCA trends and monitoring post-training quality performance to measure improvement.

Key Requirements

•Min 3 years managing and developing quality or operational teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with a focus on capability building and employee engagement.
•Expertise leading data-driven Root Cause Analyses (RCA) for major quality defects and translating metrics (accuracy scores, error trends) into actionable recommendations.
•Deep knowledge of regional market dynamics and languages to ensure culturally informed, globally consistent quality standards and safe policy enforcement.
•Proven track record optimizing workflows and implementing AI-driven or automated solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.
•Experience influencing policy rollout and aligning training across internal and BPO teams through clear communication and structured learning plans.
