Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and support Workers’ Compensation Adjusters, Nurse Case Managers, and Claims Assistants.
  • •Provide coaching, mentoring, and technical guidance; assist with training, onboarding, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.
  • •Review and oversee new claim assignments for coverage concerns, compensability issues, recovery opportunities, and exposures.
  • •Monitor claim handling across investigations, medical management, return-to-work, reserve adequacy, indemnity/medical payments, litigation, subrogation, and regulatory compliance.
  • •Maintain client relationships and ensure quality, accurate state filings, documentation, claim closure, and performance goals.
