Workers' Comp Claim Supervisor

Supervise a team of Workers’ Compensation professionals—Adjusters, Nurse Case Managers, and Claims Assistants—to ensure high-quality claim handling, regulatory compliance, and excellent client service. Provide coaching, mentoring, and technical guidance while supporting onboarding, performance improvement, and staffing needs. Lead claims oversight across compensability, medical management, return-to-work, reserve adequacy, litigation, and compliance, and escalate significant issues to senior leadership.
