Job Summary

Support the bank’s Treasury function across liquidity and funding management, interest rate risk analysis, investment portfolio tracking, and balance sheet analytics. Partner with Accounting and Operations to manage reporting, collateral and mortgage purchases, and system/process improvements. Monitor daily liquidity and cash management, contribute to ALCO materials, and assist with forecasting, variance analysis, loan/deposit pricing, and net interest margin planning.

Key Responsibilities

•Track, report, and analyze the investment portfolio while coordinating with Accounting and Operations teams.
•Assist with collateral management, mortgage purchases, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives.
•Monitor daily liquidity positions, funding activities, and cash management processes.
•Support Treasury operational functions, including wire processing and reporting controls.
•Prepare ALCO materials and recurring Treasury reports, including balance sheet analytics, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 60,000 - 75,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
•2–5 years of relevant experience in bank treasury management, financial services, forecasting, or financial reporting.
•Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
•Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
