•Drive execution efficiency to onboard and activate newly signed partners within strict SLAs and implement new tools and process updates to maintain peak speed.
•Cultivate a high-energy, resilient culture with structured daily huddles to align goals, remove blockers, and manage partner escalations with poise.
•Set and enforce rigorous performance standards through 1-on-1 coaching and continuous skill development to elevate team performance.

•Expert in sales process governance with ability to define SOPs and QC frameworks for disciplined, compliant operations.
•Mandatory proficiency in Enterprise CRMs (Salesforce) and experience with sales acceleration tools such as auto-dialers.
