Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain visibility of threat/opportunity trigger points, support risk cost profiling, and monitor remaining risk budget.
  • •Perform quantitative cost and schedule risk assessment (QCRA/QSRA) to inform project contingency levels and produce timely risk reports.
  • •Lead end-to-end project risk management practices, including creating risk management plans and conducting regular risk reviews and response planning.
  • •Integrate the risk management function within program/project controls teams, coordinating with cost and schedule management, change control, and reporting.
  • •Manage construction-stage contract and claims management, including assessment of contractual claims, dispute advice, delay recovery measures, and settlement of final accounts.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 3 years of applicable experience in construction projects.
  • •Relevant construction project procurement and contract management experience.
  • •Demonstrated experience in a Program Management or Program Controls environment.
  • •Deep knowledge of risk identification and facilitation techniques, with strong analytical and communication skills.
