Job Summary

Own BJAK’s day-to-day engagement across key social platforms by responding to comments and DMs, monitoring brand mentions, and fostering positive community conversations. Support daily content publishing and scheduling while collaborating with content, design, and video teams to keep messaging on-brand. Track engagement metrics, surface FAQs and trending topics, and coordinate with Marketing, Brand, PR, and Customer Support to align escalation and respond to sensitive issues.

Key Responsibilities

•Actively engage with audiences across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
•Respond to comments, direct messages, and community discussions in a timely, professional, on-brand manner.
•Support daily content publishing and scheduling, collaborating with content, design, and video teams to execute social content smoothly.
•Track engagement metrics (comments, shares, saves, sentiment, response time) and support reporting on community growth.
•Coordinate with Marketing, Brand, PR, and Customer Support teams to align communication, escalation processes, and campaign launches.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
•2–4+ years of experience in social media engagement, community management, or digital marketing.
•Strong written communication skills in English (additional local languages are a plus).
•Familiarity with major social media platforms and online community dynamics.
•Empathy, patience, and strong people skills; detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
