Use tools like Cursor, Claude, and coding products such as Vibes to accelerate development and feed insights back into the roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

•Own full lifecycle customer engagement across Identify → Commit → Deploy → Consume, delivering outcomes at every stage.
•Define the customer’s Agentic AI strategy and roadmap, including leading design workshops and architecting solutions across Agentic AI, Data Cloud, and enterprise systems.
•Manage engagement delivery end-to-end timelines, stakeholder communication, risk escalation, and progress reporting.
•Drive adoption, consumption, and expansion by identifying blockers early and developing strategies for measurable value realization.
•Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers and use AI-supported tools (Cursor, Claude, Vibes) to build customer solutions and feed product feedback into the roadmap.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership/programme management for enterprise cloud or SaaS technology.
•Degree in Computer Science or related field.
•Prior customer-facing delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or technical advisory).
•Demonstrated understanding of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem, including Agentic AI and Data Cloud.
•Working knowledge of one or more programming languages: Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex; plus experience leading AI/LLM solution design with responsible AI practices.
