Job Summary

Own the end-to-end unified commerce enterprise offering for global and domestic omnichannel customers. Set long-term vision and strategic direction with Product, then drive commercialization and go-to-market execution across verticals and regions. Lead offering differentiation and future-proofing, translate voice-of-the-customer insights into data-driven recommendations, and ensure adoption through global enablement and vision-selling. Aim to drive net revenue growth through strategic expansion and deep product adoption.

Key Responsibilities

•Define the long- and short-term commercial value proposition and package, bundle, and scale the enterprise offering across verticals and regions.
•Anticipate market and regulatory shifts to evolve the offering and ensure product readiness and customer expectations are met before scaling.
•Build direct customer relationships to inform strategy, trade-off decisions, and GTM execution, and translate feedback patterns into data-driven recommendations.
•Partner with Product Leadership to inform roadmap priorities, run commercial discovery, and ensure development creates tangible value.
•Own end-to-end commercialization and market adoption, including GTM execution, product deep-dives, and global enablement alignment.

Key Requirements

•12+ years of experience across commercial, strategy, and product roles, with in-person payments experience as a strict requirement.
•Customer success mindset with proven ability to own commercial success for a segment, including navigating product offering complexity.
•Ability to synthesize fragmented global customer feedback and market nuances into structured, actionable insights and commercial narratives.
•Strategic thinking with strong capability to drive cross-functional alignment and influence decisions without direct authority.
•Comfort navigating ambiguity and simplifying complexity in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
