Process remittance accounts and support Lockbox Remittance Processing services for customers, ensuring high production and quality standards. Execute desk-related tasks such as credit card processing, handling rejected work, labeling processed items, and responding to emails. Perform data entry for scanned images and manual keying, interpret customer instructions for mail sorting and payment identification, and process PHI and card payments in compliance with HIPAA and PCI requirements.
