Key Responsibilities

  • •Process remittance accounts daily to meet production and quality goals in compliance with processing procedures.
  • •Perform data entry item processing for scanned images, manual keying, and field validation across multiple accounts.
  • •Process protected health information (PHI) and card payments in compliance with HIPAA, PCI security standards, and applicable policies.
  • •Read and interpret customer instructions to complete remittance processing tasks such as mail sorting and payment identification and batching.
  • •Operate, clean, and maintain equipment; support document/package disposal and cross-train within the department as needed.
