Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the Production Execution Chief Engineer secondary production engineering leadership point of contact for the entire program’s engineering execution.
  • •Ensure technical integrity and engineering execution across IPTs, CPTs, and disciplines within the program.
  • •Direct management of lead engineers and optimize overall system design to meet performance within cost and schedule constraints.
  • •Manage engineering-related program activities including EAC reviews, proposal costing and leadership reviews, staffing projections, and monthly metrics tracking.
  • •Establish and guide the Digital Engineering / Model-Based strategy for the product/program and lead across a multidisciplinary team.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a STEM degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.
  • •Experience managing cost, schedule, and execution for technical projects.
  • •Experience in Loitering Munitions (LM) or similar systems design, use-case development, operational analysis, and integration/test or system qualification.
  • •Experience as a Lead Design Engineer, Lead Systems Engineer, Integrated Product Team Lead, Cross Product Team lead, or related Engineering Lead.
  • •Active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date, and U.S. citizenship is required.
