Benefits Operation

Own end-to-end employee benefits operations across multiple countries, including onboarding, enrollments, changes, renewals, and offboarding. Maintain accurate benefits records in HR/benefits systems and support open enrollment and annual renewals. Resolve benefits-related employee and customer queries, coordinate with Payroll on deductions and reporting, and partner with insurance carriers, brokers, and TPAs. Ensure compliance, keep audit-ready documentation, and drive process improvements using operational metrics and reporting.
