Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair production and facility equipment at the Carthage plant while keeping a safe work environment and following Tyson policies. Perform preventive maintenance and complex equipment maintenance, maintain electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic systems, control parts inventory, and keep accurate maintenance logs. Work closely with production teams to ensure proper equipment use, comply with safety and sanitation guidelines, and support food safety requirements such as GMP and SQF.

•Preventively maintain, troubleshoot, repair, replace, and alter defective equipment.
•Provide maintenance on complex production equipment and perform maintenance checks on buildings and equipment.
•Maintain electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
•Control inventory and requisition appropriate parts while maintaining maintenance and repair logs.
•Operate industrial equipment (including skyjack, forklift, and boomlift) and comply with safety and food safety requirements (GMP and SQF).

•Ability to follow required work safe practices including lockout-tag out and use of required PPE.
•Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and push up to 100 pounds.
