Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer service using the C.H.A.R.M. service model and support an enjoyable team environment.
  • •Oversee opening and closing procedures, educate team members on products and promotions, and drive daily sales targets.
  • •Coordinate, delegate, prioritize, and ensure follow-up on daily store activities and deadlines.
  • •Support retail operations including POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, loyalty promotions, and cleanliness standards.
  • •Adhere to asset protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be at least 18 years old.
  • •4+ years of total retail experience, preferably with previous store leadership roles.
  • •Demonstrated leadership ability and a passion for driving team results.
  • •Intermediate computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, email, and operating a retail Point of Sale system.
  • •Flexible to work on a rotational shift basis, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
