Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently manage complex end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions with minimal supervision.
  • •Provide trusted HR guidance and legally compliant support on termination, resignation, transfer procedures, employment contracts, and redundancy processes.
  • •Lead and facilitate meetings with clients and external employees, including workforce reduction consultations, administrative hearings, and negotiations in separations/settlements.
  • •Draft, tailor, and administer termination and supplementary documents while maintaining strict privacy and confidentiality.
  • •Process offboarding in the internal HRIS platform and collaborate across teams (e.g., Customer Success, Legal, Payroll, Benefits, Time and Attendance) to ensure accurate completion; serve as a first point of informal escalation and drive process improvements/automation/AI.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Proven ability to independently manage voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance across jurisdictions.
  • •Knowledge of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • •Ability to interpret and apply employment/industrial instruments, analyze complex HR issues, research, and translate findings into practical recommendations.
  • •Business-level advanced written and spoken English; tertiary HR/labour relations/employment law qualifications are a plus; strong communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
