Maintain accurate vehicle inventory while following CarMax inventory processes. Receive and secure vehicles shipped to the store, prepare title packets, and support transfers. •Execute photo station processing for carmax.com listings and drive vehicles on and off the lot for repairs, storage, and auction support while following EH&S requirements.

•Valid driver’s license and ability to meet CarMax driving standards.
•Ability to read, interpret, and accurately transcribe data for inventory records.
•Completion of Inventory Associate workstation certifications and assigned trainings.
•Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
•Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
