Job Summary

Drive acquisition of new corporate clients for botim’s Salary Card solution across the UAE, owning the full WPS sales cycle from prospecting to corporate onboarding and go-live. Build and manage a high-volume pipeline, meet monthly targets for corporate sign-ups and employee card issuance, and coordinate closure across KYB, Compliance, and Legal. Partner with HR to drive enrollment and cross-sell salary loans, acquiring, and SME lending.

Key Responsibilities

•Acquire new corporate clients for the botim WPS Salary Card through proactive outreach and prospecting.
•Own the full sales cycle—prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing—through corporate onboarding and go-live.
•Meet and exceed monthly targets for new corporate sign-ups and employee card issuance.
•Build and manage a high-volume sales pipeline to sustain consistent deal flow.
•Drive contract closure and coordinate corporate onboarding across KYB, Compliance, and Legal, including employer portal training support and cross-sell of additional financial products.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
•2+ years of high-volume B2B sales experience with a proven record of exceeding client acquisition targets.
•Experience selling to HR and Finance departments.
•Solid understanding of the UAE WPS ecosystem and employer payroll processes.
•Strong closing skills and a hunter mentality for fast-paced, high-volume sales cycles.
