Build and optimize TikTok Search products, from the search results page to core scenarios, collaborating across Product, Design, Algorithm, and other teams. Develop reliable, high-performance search modules across Lynx, Android, iOS, and server platforms. Drive continuous improvement using A/B testing and data analysis, and integrate AI Agents into R&D workflows for coding assistance, debugging, automated testing, troubleshooting, and process automation.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop TikTok search results and related core scenarios end to end, from requirement analysis and technical solution design through development, launch, and post-launch evaluation.
•Leverage multi-platform stacks (Lynx, Android, iOS, and server) to build and continuously optimize search modules while ensuring code quality, performance, and stability.
•Evaluate product performance via A/B testing and data analysis, identify user experience issues, and drive feature iterations.
•Integrate AI Agents into daily R&D workflows for coding assistance, intelligent debugging, automated testing, issue troubleshooting, and business process automation.
•Improve engineering efficiency and software quality by building reusable tools/solutions and participating in initiatives like performance monitoring, exception management, cache preloading, and stability improvements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, with software development experience.
•Proficiency in mainstream programming languages such as TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
•Strong engineering mindset focused on readability, maintainability, testing, monitoring, and production stability.
•Ability to independently break down problems, design technical solutions, and drive execution with fast validation under uncertainty.
•Open to AI-assisted programming and agent-based ways of working, continuously evaluating AI tools in real scenarios.
