Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise encryption, PKI services, TLS implementations, and key management solutions, engaging directly with enterprise customers, federal agencies, and partners.
  • •Serve as subject matter expert on FIPS 140 requirements and support CAVP/CMVP certification processes, including lab coordination.
  • •Own product strategy for developer cryptographic SDKs and APIs, including encryption, certificate lifecycle management, and key management integration; oversee SDL practices such as threat modeling, secure coding standards, and cryptographic implementation reviews.
  • •Manage vulnerability management and lead release communications and customer-facing advisories for cryptographic SDK/API products with cross-functional delivery.
  • •Identify innovation opportunities such as post-quantum cryptography readiness, Zero Trust integration, and crypto-agility.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Mathematics, or related technical field.
  • •10+ years in product management, security engineering, or cryptographic solutions in the technology industry.
  • •Deep expertise in FIPS 140-2/140-3 standards and the CMVP validation process.
  • •Strong knowledge of cryptographic algorithms (AES, RSA, ECC, SHA-2/3), TLS 1.2/1.3, and PKI/X.509 including post-quantum cryptography.
  • •Excellent communication skills to convey cryptographic concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
